Suji is one of the lightest digestive food. Mostly used in making Halwa (Indian sweet dish) and Upma(South Indian dish), i here share with you some more snacks that can be made from suji. All dishes are shared from Tanaaya's Kitchen.
Dhokla
This spongy, sweet-sour Gujarati dish is usually made from gram flour, but it can quickly be cooked with Suji too. It is tasty, healthy and different:
Serve it hot with your favorite chutney/sauce and fried green chilies.
Suji Toast
This is a twist to usual toast. It adds flavor to your usual boring toast. Plus it is a healthier way to include vegetables too.

Suji Pakoras
Pakoras are usually made with gram flour but with suji you can give it a new twist!! These are healthier and easily digestive!!
Add your favorite vegetables in the batter, serve hot with tea!!
GolGappa
Last but not least, our most favorite suji Golgappas/PaniPuri/Puchkas etc.
Serve stuffed golgappas with anything you enjoy with it!!
