Tamara was confused, she tried to enquire Kiya but Kiya was confused too.
With Sudhanshu's words a committee was set to check the work going on at site and yes the results were scary.

Sudhanshu was excited about this project as it was helping the farmers, villagers. He wanted the best and brought the best men to work, best material to work. Only that the minister was interested in eating up all funds. He tried to bribe Sudhanshu but couldn't, so minister got him kidnapped.
Why not kill him?
As per minister's knowledge he was as good as dead but he was alive... He was kept alive...by Tamara- Minister's daughter.
Tamara kept him in secluded place sedated him so that he forget everything and not harm Minister's plan and Tamara could live with her love. An year passed by, Sudhanshu memorised only three things in his mind and yes he forgot the rest. Tamara thought he doesn't remember anything and it was now safe to bring him out but Sudhanshu had other plans. Kiya had nothing to do with any of this, he just needed time to connect his pieces of memories.
Minister got arrested and so does Tamara.
